Parts and components fabricated at MCA precision machining made their way into Earth’s orbit as part of the Canadarm2 project also known as the International Space Station Remote Manipulator System. Other parts made at MCA landed on Mars on as part of the Phoenix Mars Lander robotic spacecraft under the Mars Scout Program. Most recently, mechanical components made at MCA were launched into deep space as part of the OSIRIS-REx spacecraft scheduled to rendezvous with a deep space orbit asteroid and return a sample to earth.

At MCA Precision Machining Inc, our particular expertise in machining covers services in short-runs precision work utilizing a range of materials, from conventional low carbon steel to exotic alloys, such as Titanium and Invar. The company is currently employing 16 persons full time employees.
We have assembled the latest state-of-the-art machining capabilities, including CNC Milling Centres and CNC Turning Centres View Facilities. The company operates from a 13,500 sq.ft. Facility located at the center of downtown Vaughan. Our company is committed to a management system that emphasizes quality as the basic business principle. Our mandate is based on customer satisfaction achieved by meeting or exceeding customers’ requirements and maintaining stringent internal quality control. MCA’s goal is to continue meeting World class standards and provide the utmost satisfaction in quality and reliability to our customers.
